Many will come, few are chosen. Only the chosen few are Twin CutZ. Born in New York Twin CutZ embraced the early sound of Hip Hop listening to artists such as Slick Rick, The Fat Boys, and other hip hop greats. Twin attended Pace University for media communications. During that time he began to intern for the legendary Lyricist Lounge, a company that made a name for itself by promoting showcases and providing a stepping stone for artists such as Common, Mos Def, Talib Kwelli, Eminem, and many more signed and unsigned artist. Twin CutZ also Hosted a Public Access Television show called Real2Reel on MNN channel 35 in Manhattan were he got a chance to interview many professional entertainers such as Dame Dash, Zab Judah, EightBall and Twista, just to name a few. By 2005, Twin moved to Florida where he took all of his experiences and started his own showcase called The Lyricist Lounge South in Ft. Myers. A showcase that was very successful for a two-year span. This is where he got a chance to scout all the local talent in S.W. Florida and present and host the Lyricist Lounge South mix tape, which caught a great buzz. Meanwhile Twin CutZ has always been a barber on the side, which gives him the chance to network and promote many of his projects. With all this variety in entertainment culture, Twin CutZ is ready to shake up the industry and present to you his passion and soul.
