1. All tickets must sold out one week before the event date.

  2. Ticket will be drawn by the public at event.

  3. The person doesn't have to be present at the event to win.

  4. If the person is not present, and their ticket is drawn, they are still consider a winner.

  5. Every person must have proper contact infomation.

  6. If drawing is in 30days and all tickets is not sold out for the event, we reserve the right to move it to the next 30days for all tickets to be solded out for event.

  7. A News Press will be at event, to annonce drawing of the winning ticket.

  8. Drawing will be done at the event, Two first prize drawning.

  A. Two second prize drawning.

  B. Two third place drawing.  

  9. Each Drawing will be done by one member of the audience.

10. Each winner ticket drawn out of the container will be hand over to the news press to be announce at event.

11. The house will be sign over to new owner free from all lien, tax and any other matter.

12. New owner must appear at the finacial institution to receive additional documents to sign house over in his or her name with proper ID.

13. New owner must give tentant 3 to 4 mouths to move out or if new owner chose to leave tenant in their house their will be a new lease up to date.

14. Original owner reserves the right on a time frame to sign over house into his or her name.
